Molino Cake, Pancake, and Muffin Flour Blend Pack of 8

Someone told me about this flour so I had to try it. I have been trying to make pallitable loaf of bread for years. If the bread did rise and bake correctly it was terrible. I had to heat it to eat it. It tasted awful. This bread is delicious and I am able to bake it in my bread machine. Thank you for making this flour. I can eat a sandwich again and my bread will not fall apart. I would gladly give it a higher rating but the limit is five stars. Where can I upload a photo of my bread?

I have tried 5 different brands of gluten free flours to accommodate friends and family who have celiac disease. Molino was the 6th. I will use it exclusively now. It has a far better texture than the others and a superior flavor. Cookies came out better than any made with any of the others. I will order more as needed and am so glad to have finally found something THIS good!

This flour makes gluten free taste perfect! No gritty after taste or heavy flavors. Love it

I use this in all of the “regular” recipes I have always used and so far it has worked in every one. There is none of the sandy texture you get from a lot of gluten free flours.
