Best Gluten Free Bread

I used the recipe for baguettes on your website, with the blue label bag, and OH MY GOSH!! It was just as good or better than regular bread. My whole family loved it!!

Like No Other

Finally, a GF flour that bakes and looks and tastes like real bread. I got a great rise and beautiful crust. The loaf is so light and moist with lots of holes! It cuts so easily and does not fall apart like many 1:1 GF offerings. I'll experiment with some fillings like seeds and nuts to give it a bit more fiber. I'm celiac and my only gluten symptom is a rash and so far, no rash. I'll definitely be purchasing more Molino GF four. Thank you!!! Kevin Sabo, Colorado
